By accessing or using PolyFusion's services, including our trading bot marketplace, custom bot development services, and related offerings, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

PolyFusion provides:

  • A marketplace for pre-built trading bots compatible with Polymarket
  • Custom trading bot development services
  • Bot setup, configuration, and consultation services
  • Technical support for purchased bots and services

3. Risk Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Trading in prediction markets involves substantial risk of loss. Trading bots, whether purchased or custom-developed, do not guarantee profits. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All trading decisions made by bots carry inherent financial risk
  • PolyFusion is not liable for any trading losses incurred through the use of our bots
  • You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and capital allocation
  • You should only trade with capital you can afford to lose

4. Purchases and Payments

All purchases are final unless otherwise specified. We accept cryptocurrency payments for our services. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

Custom bot development services include:

  • Two rounds of revisions as specified in your package
  • Delivery timeline estimates are approximate and not guaranteed
  • Full payment is required before development begins

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for custom bot development, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the developed bot for personal trading purposes. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the bot code
  • Claim ownership of the underlying algorithms or architecture
  • Use the bot for commercial purposes without written permission

PolyFusion retains the right to use similar algorithms and techniques in other projects.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when creating an account
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Not use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble our bots

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PolyFusion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your use or inability to use our services
  • Any trading losses or gains
  • Unauthorized access to your data or accounts
  • Technical issues, bugs, or errors in bot performance
  • Any third-party actions or services

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
